Licence to use Badgerland

Badgerland grants you a limited revocable licence to access and make personal use of this Web site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Badgerland. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this Web site or its contents.

This Web site or any portion of this Web site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Badgerland without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" using Badgerland's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Badgerland. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Badgerland.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to "Badgerland" as long as the link does not portray Badgerland in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. Access to Badgerland

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the Web site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the Web site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Downloads

All the files which we have made available for download are virus-free as far as we are aware. These files were checked by the most-up-to-date version of the AVG Anti-Virus or equivalent product; and were confirmed as being virus-free when they were loaded on to the Badgerland web site. That said, software or files are downloaded at your own risk. We do not warrant the suitability of any item which is downloaded and accept no liability for any problems with your computer that may arise as a result.

Children

Our web site has been designed to be a "child-safe" environment. So far as we are aware, there is nothing on our web-site which would be unsuitable for a child to look at or read. Of course, some of the issues may be beyond the understanding of very young children; but this does not make them unsuitable per se.

As a matter of policy we do not publish or distribute pictures of animal suffering or torture.

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to Badgerland. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

The links to other sites on the Internet are purely to allow you access to more information on related topics. Badgerland does not own or control such external sites and so accepts no responsibility for information contained in any such other sites or for the fact that such sites may not be available at all times or that links to those sites may not work at all times.

Badgerland have provided links to external web-sites as a public service so that people can find out information about the badger, it's life and the wider environment. In many cases these links have been provided with the knowledge and permission of the owners of the destinations of those links.
