Fictional Story |
Description |
|
A cliff-hanging bedtime story with more
than a touch of indignation about how some destructive humans treat the woodlands and the
wildlife in it. Although it sounds like it might be grim reading, the story
remains exciting throughout, with a good amount of humour and merriment all the
way to the end. |
Summary |
|
A nice readable story, originally sold to
raise funds for the World-Wide Fund for Nature. As well as being a good story,
this book actually sold very, very well in its day, and it is well worth looking for on
Abebooks or on eBay if you can find it. |
